Customer satisfaction is very important to us
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to notify us of your return. We will send you the return shipping label.
Cancelling An Order
Orders may be cancelled prior to being shipped. Please note Rouz Astro is automatically subject to a credit card / PayPal fee (3.9%) at the time of the initial transaction. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returning Rouz Astro Items
Once we have received the item, we will replace, offer store credit, or refund – at your request – subject to the following:
– Prior to returning any item, please ensure you contact Rouz Astro to notify us first
– Non-defective products must be in perfect condition when returned without any signs of use, wear, dirt, or blemishes
– To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
– Custom designed and manufactured orders, such as custom sized products, and Planewave CDK conversion kits, CANNOT
BE RETURNED.
– If defective, technical defects will be rectified and/or replaced
– We will only refund shipping expenses if the item was defective
– Please note refunds on orders that received free shipping will be subject to return shipping fees
Important:
– We do not accept returns /refunds after 30 days of receiving the product
–Non defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
–If the shipping label is not prepared by us, any additional fees will be deducted from refund
– For returns outside of Canada: courier companies such as FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS will charge a customs clearance fee of approximately USD $20 ~ 40 which will be deducted from the refund total. In the case of incorrect documentation / procedure on the sender side, any further import duties will also be deducted.
– If the item is not defective then shipping charges will also be deducted.
