Dew shield / hood with integrated dovetail for flat panels to protect telescopes from stray light and dew
Features:
- Internal knife-edge baffles – Designed used raytracing to trap stray light
- Contrast is improved by blocking unwanted light from surroundings
- Carbon composite – lightweight – high strength and stiffness
- Ultra low-profile flat sides to fit under most focusers
- Integrated Losmandy-type dovetail to attach motorized flat panels with a clamp (e.g. Primaluce)
- Compatible with tie strap panels (e.g. Wanderer, Pegasus)
- Compatible with most focus masks
- 4x non-scratching tightening knobs
- Rigid shield will maintain it’s shape and location – ensuring there are no changes between the illumination of the flat calibrations and the light frames

Bought to help with the stray light, does a great job. Fit is secure w/o leaving marks on the nice paint job, does increase the wind effect a little when imaging. Don’t know if I’d add more weight with an LED panel attached to the end.
