My order was the side by side with a carbon bar, worked great. Not as light compared to the hardened aluminum as I had hoped.

Thank you for the feedback! You are right, the 2024 and older models were heavier. The all new 2025 ones now use a CNC machined aluminum base bar, knobs are hallowed out, and the design refined to remove more weight.

I installed your mounting solution on my rainbow rst 135 to run two short focal length setups . There is a 94 mm refractor (414 mm FL) on one side and an askar 200 (200mm FL) on the other – works very well!
