I had these custom rings made to hold my Astro Physics 130GT with a main tube that is 4.7″ large, on a PrimaLuceLab PLUS system based rig. The rings are very well constructed. To my surprise, length on rings’ top & bottom sides match the width of a PLL Losmandy style dovetail plate. The rings blend in with my PLL dovetail plates and EAGLE computer and don’t look out of place at all.

I am resurrecting/revamping//re-purposing my old fork mounted Meade MTS SN 6 (long story!). Came across a Meade LXD 55 mount in good condition, but I was concerned about its load capacity. In addition, the tube on the SN 6 is an odd size, so support rings were problematic.
