For Rouz Astro Products:

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to notify us of your return. Once received, we will replace, offer store credit, or refund at your request, subject to the following:

  • The product needs to be in perfect condition when returned without any signs of use, wear, dirt, or blemishes.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Custom designed and manufactured orders, such as Planewave CDK conversion kits, cannot be returned. If defective, technical defects will be rectified and/or replaced.
  • We do not refund shipping expenses, unless the item was defective.
  • We do not accept returns/refunds after 30 days of receiving the product. Rest assured;  the manufacturer’s warranty will apply after 30 days.

Defective items

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product, describe the problem you are facing and send us pictures or videos of the issue if possible. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item within 14 days of us receiving the product.

Please mention “Return/Warranty” to the shipping label –  otherwise any customs/duties incurred will be charged.

Warranty

We warranty all Rouz Astro products to be free from defects in workmanship and material for one year from date of delivery. We will replace or repair at our option any item, should it be defective during this period, under normal use. Warranty items must be returned to us freight prepaid.

What this Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence and/or incorrect use
  • Damage of a product resulting from modification of the product
  • Damage to other equipment not sold by us
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage caused by use that is contrary to its purpose
